Commonly, tuberculosis in a child is difficult to diagnose radiologically. This boy has a parent with sputum smear-positive tuberculosis and had symptoms compatible with tuberculosis. Based on this knowledge only, it might be possible to argue the presence of hilar lymphadenopathy.
