The frequency of adverse drug events in routine practice was summarized in this study from the United Kingdom. Most commonly occurring were rash (pyrazinamide) and vertigo (streptomycin), followed by hepatitis (pyrazinamide, rifampicin, and isoniazid in descending order of frequency).
